(Bhagavad gita) My commitment to yoga, music, mantra and creativity, through all of life's ups and downs, gives me the strength and courage to live in service to my inherent gifts. More and more, I realize that I flourish most when those around me flourish. My duty is to uplift, inspire and empower others through these ancient ways of music, vibration, yoga, authenticity and love. Grateful to all of you who have supported and lifted me up, and have allowed me to support and lift you. Through this giving and receiving, the world changes.
